Description:
The original air conditioning control panels of the Porsche 997 and 987 Cayman/Boxster have the well-known problem of leaking displays. The display turns a semi-circular light color or no longer displays all symbols properly.
However, if the other functions of the instrument are fully functional and only the display is defective, you can repair your climate control with this repair kit.
The repair is easy even for inexperienced screwdrivers, without special tools or soldering. The display is plugged in and can be repaired in just a few minutes with the help of our repair instructions. This not only preserves the originality of the vehicle, but also saves you several hundred euros compared to a new climate control unit.
The LCD is suitable for all Porsche 997 and 987 series.

The display is NOT suitable for the climate control unit with manual control, but ONLY for units with automatic climate control.

Tip:
We generally advise against buying used air conditioning control units that are still intact: It's only a matter of time before the display runs out here too. It's better to save time, money and hassle right away and install a display that has been manufactured true to the original using modern production technology and tighter tolerances.
