A well-known problem with the air conditioning controls in the 987 and 997 Porsche is the worn, sticky buttons. Whether it is part of the VW Group philosophy that interior surfaces must look worn after a few years or they just made a mistake in the material is anyone's guess. In any case, we were able to solve the problem with these new switches. The toggle switches are exactly in the original design and match the other original buttons very well. The installation requires some manual skill. As not only the switches but also the LCD displays of the climate control system become obsolete over time, we also offer an overhaul of the controls. This involves replacing the switches and display.
