Description: These bonnet insulation mats, also known as soundproofing mats, come from our own development. The insulation mats have been produced in Germany according to the highest quality standards. They are hardly distinguishable from the originals and are made to fit precisely. Your advantages: Self-adhesive back, temperature-resistant from -40°C to +150°C, meets the automotive standards for fire protection behavior according to FMVSS302, DIN 75200, precise design (structure, thickness and shape), material true to the original. The hood insulation means noticeably less background noise and less radiant heat from the engine compartment.
The outer insulation mat does not completely close in the front area with the recess provided in the bonnet, as this area must be kept free for the washer fluid container.
We offer two different versions of hood insulation mats for your VW Corrado. Depending on the year of manufacture, different hoods were installed before and after the facelift.
