Description:
In this offer you will receive a capacitor for repairing your BMW E36 air conditioning control panel. This capacitor is for air conditioning controls both without and with AUC "automatic recirculation control". After many years of use, the following errors can occur: The buttons no longer respond, the control panel switches on and off by itself, a sudden restart or the speed of the fan changes automatically. As a cheap "Do it Yourself" solution, you can repair the instrument yourself even as an inexperienced hobbyist using the capacitor offered here and our illustrated instructions. Note that the repair requires soldering. We generally advise against purchasing used, "still intact" climate controls, because here too it is only a matter of time before the climate control panel no longer works. Repairing your own control panel is therefore always the cheaper option in the long term. In the instructions we also point out another known problem with the climate controls: the displays also fail after years and can easily be repaired yourself using the same instructions. New displays will soon be available in our shop.
