+30% harder rubber compound

Description:
This is the SPORT version with a +30% harder rubber compound. The harder rubber compound makes the strut mounts firmer, resulting in noticeably more direct steering response. They subtly enhance driving dynamics and meet very high quality standards.

The strut mount connects the strut to the vehicle body. A defective strut mount is recognizable by altered steering behavior. Grinding or cracking noises during steering movements indicate a damaged strut mount.
Strut mounts should always be replaced in pairs (axle pairs) and whenever the shock absorbers or struts are replaced. Since strut mounts usually have a longer lifespan, separate replacement is rarely necessary.
