With our bonus points program for private customers, you can save big on every purchase in the partworks store! Collect points with your orders and redeem them for discounts on future orders. The points can only be collected and redeemed in the online store and are not valid for orders of any other kind (eBay, telephone, mail, ...).

How do I register for the bonus points program?
You do not need to register for the program. If you are eligible to participate, you will automatically start saving on your next purchase.
How many points do I receive for my purchase?
For every euro you spend, you will receive two bonus points. So if you order €100, you will receive 200 bonus points.
Where can I see my current score?
Under My account you can see your current points balance of redeemable points and points that will be credited to you after delivery of an order.
Can I redeem my bonus points for all products?
Yes, you can redeem your bonus points for all products in the partworks store - with the exception of items that are expressly excluded from participation in the bonus program.
What happens if I don't have enough points to receive a full discount?
If your points are not enough to cover the entire order value, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
Is there a way to transfer or give away the points?
No, the bonus points are only valid for your customer account and cannot be transferred or given away, not even to another customer account of the same customer.
Important notes
Private customers: Our bonus points program is reserved exclusively for private customers.
No cash payout: Your bonus points cannot be paid out in cash. They can only be redeemed in the store to receive discounts on future purchases.
Non-transferable: Your bonus points are tied to your customer account and cannot be transferred to other customers or to another customer account.
No legal claim: The bonus points program is a voluntary, conditional offer on our part. There is no legal entitlement to the redemption of the points collected.
