Description:
These rubber grommets are installed in the firewall and serve as a feedthrough for the heater hoses.
They seal the passenger compartment against gases and vapors from the engine compartment.
During a restoration, such rubber parts are always replaced if available, as they become brittle and leaky over the years. Hardened rubber cannot be installed without tearing.
