Description:
The ball socket of the shift lever is subject to significant wear due to frequent shifting. Play in the shift linkage prevents precise, sporty shifting. In the 911 and 914 models, this ball socket is located at the front of the shift linkage under the shift lever. In the 914, the ball socket is also mounted on the transmission.
For the 911, we also offer a conversion kit for shortened shift throws or a complete kit for shift lever overhaul.
