WHO WE ARE

partworks is a young e-commerce company based in Paderborn, Germany, which reproduces and distributes spare parts for Porsche using its own development and global manufacturing partners. We have made it our mission to ensure the supply of parts for classic Porsche cars, with a particular focus on providing excellent service and fast delivery.

Our business consists of goods logistics, the office and a restoration workshop for classic Porsche cars. Our highly qualified colleagues mostly have a technical or business background, and some also have training or degrees in completely different fields. We are united by the common goal of developing the company into the industry leader.

With a very high degree of automation and technology, we strive for productivity. Thanks to our agile way of working, we do not rest on our laurels, but constantly rethink processes. You too can help shape the future of partworks and grow with us.

WHY WE

Flexibility
In the office, we work with core working hours between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., so nothing stands in the way of your beauty sleep or an early finish (in consultation with your department).
Vacation
Like all our employees, you will receive 30 vacation days per year.
Health
Every employee in our office has a height-adjustable desk. We also offer two weekly physio appointments, which can be used if required.
Dogs welcome
Our team can hardly wait to get to know your four-legged friend.
Drinks
Your water supply is ensured at all times by our osmosis systems, both in the warehouse and in the office. A fully automatic coffee machine is of course also available in both the office and the warehouse.
Further training
We support you with regular internal training courses. Nothing stands in the way of external training opportunities either - if you are eager to learn, we will of course support you.
