We offer a repaired climate control unit with a new display in exchange for your old unit.
You can either have your own control unit repaired by us or purchase a refurbished one and send yours to us after installation.

Please note that we can only accept old units with a defective display, not old units with functional defects! The typical damage pattern and the authentic, new appearance can be seen in the photos.

We strongly advise against purchasing a "still intact" climate control unit. It's only a matter of time before the display fails here too. Process for the exchange procedure:
1. A core deposit is charged on your old component. This will be automatically added to your shopping cart and charged together with your order.
2. Simply return your old part to us using the enclosed return label.
3. After receipt and successful inspection of your old part, the deposit amount will be automatically refunded.

Requirements for accepting your old part:

It is an original part in undamaged condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable).
The old part is complete and corresponds to the scope of delivery of the pictured reconditioned part (incl. screws, attachments, etc.).

Cores with exceptional damage cannot be reconditioned. In this case, we have to return the part to you. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth exchange process.
