Lower front axle control arm

Description:
The control arm is a central component of the suspension and guides the steering knuckle. The control arm thus establishes a defined connection between the wheel and the body.
The most common cause of control arm defects is the rubber bushings, which become brittle and crack over time. This results in increased play in the control arm without the desired damping. Accordingly, a defective rubber bushing on the control arm is noticeable by reduced tracking accuracy, noise when driving over bumps (rattling), poorer handling in corners, and uneven tire wear. A damaged control arm can affect other suspension components, so it should be replaced immediately to prevent costly repairs. In many cases, it is more economical to replace the entire control arm than to press in individual rubber bushings. Besides control arms and other chassis components, you will find many more spare parts for your Porsche model in our shop. There was recently a recall for this item by the manufacturer Meyle. We at partworks are aware of this; our stock has been 100% manually checked and is in good working order.
