We are offering a completely overhauled actuator in exchange for your old unit.
We accept a deposit for the duration of the exchange.

Important: A segment-shaped ratchet coupling is mounted on the shaft. A beige adapter with a joint coupling is plugged in and secured with a metal clip. Please remove the adapter and metal clip before sending it in.

A completely overhauled Porsche original part means that you are receiving an original Porsche item that has been reconditioned for you by our industry partners.

Process for the exchange procedure:
A core deposit is charged on your old component.
This amount is automatically added to your shopping cart and billed.
After receiving and inspecting your old components, we will refund the deposit amount automatically.

Please understand that we can only accept original and undamaged parts (only normal wear and tear). Please send us the core in the same condition as the reconditioned part (screws, applications, etc.). Cores with atypical damage cannot be reconditioned and will need to be returned to you. This is the only way we can maintain the exchange process.
