Description:
If your vehicle bounces repeatedly while driving on uneven roads or when depressed while stationary, the shock absorbers may be defective and should be replaced. Creaking and squeaking noises are also an indication of this. Here you will find high-quality replacements from the Bilstein brand. In addition to the original B4 replacement, you will usually also find the sportier, stiffer B6 and shorter B8 versions in our shop. This shock absorber is suitable for all Boxster 986 models with standard suspension.

August Bilstein founded the company AUBI in Ennepetal in 1873 and began developing and supplying monotube gas pressure shock absorbers in 1954 – a significant contribution to the history of the automotive industry. From 1961, the company entered motorsport, primarily supplying Porsche and Formula 1 racing cars. Since then, Bilstein has stood for outstanding quality and offers diverse solutions for many premium manufacturers. Following the acquisition by Krupp Stahl AG in 1991 and the merger with Thyssen in 1997, the company name ThyssenKrupp Bilstein GmbH was established.
