Excellent workmanship

Description:
If the odometer/trip odometer on your vehicle has failed, one or both of these gears are usually the cause. To avoid duplicate installation work, we recommend replacing both gears.

Dimensions:
Diameter E15 = 6.90 mm (15 teeth)
Disc gear 12-K = 15.40 mm (12 teeth)
Occasionally, a 15-K or 16-K disc gear is used. In this case, please specify the desired disc gear in the comment field when purchasing. We always have all variants in stock.

Quality:
Our gears are manufactured using a complex and faithful injection molding process and are not 3D-printed in-house creations. We work with a manufacturer specializing in the production of plastic gears and a global market leader in repair solutions.
The so-called involute tooth geometry is retained; this is the only way to ensure low-friction sliding of the tooth flanks between the gear pairs.
We use the thermoplastic Celron with graphite additives as the material. These ensure low friction and wear-free operation.

If you disassemble the speedometer beforehand, please note that the speedometer needle shaft is very delicate. Grasp the speedometer needle in the middle and turn it counterclockwise, pulling gently. Friction is all that holds the needle on the shaft.
