Description:
If the counter on your vehicle's odometer/hour meter has failed, then this drive gear in the instrument is usually the cause. Usually one of the gears breaks and the drive stalls.
We advise commercial customers in particular to replace these three gears straight away. Often, after replacing one damaged gear, the partner gear fails shortly afterwards. Replacing all three ensures that the drive continues to function for a long time.

Quality:
Our gears are elaborately and faithfully manufactured using injection molding and are not 3D printed in-house. We work with a manufacturer that specializes in the production of plastic gears and is the global market leader in repair solutions.
The so-called involute tooth geometry is retained; this is the only way to ensure low-friction sliding of the tooth flanks between the gear pairs.
We use the thermoplastic Celron with graphite additives. These ensure low friction and wear-free operation.

If you disassemble the speedometer beforehand, please note that the speedometer needle shaft is very sensitive. Grab the speedometer needle in the center and turn it counterclockwise. Pull gently. Friction is all that keeps the needle on the shaft.
