Description:
The most common cause of stabilizer bar failure is damaged rubber bushings. As the rubber mounts become brittle, the stabilizer loses its damping over time. Due to the mechanical load, the stabilizer bar rubbers become worn and rigid after a certain time, which leads to rumbling noises in the chassis. Defective stabilizer bushes are also noticeable due to spongy handling when cornering.
