Instrument cluster gear for PORSCHE 964 speedometer repair E20 + 15-M Var. C SET

Description:
If the odometer/daily odometer on your vehicle has failed, this gear is usually the cause. To avoid duplicate installation work, we recommend replacing these two gears in pairs.
Dimensions:
Diameter E20 = 8.60mm (20 teeth)
Disk gear 15-M = 17.6mm (15 teeth)
for comparison:
Diameter E15 = 6.90mm (15 teeth)
Possible combinations of the disk gear: E15 with 15-K or E15 with 17-K
Note:
Either an E15 OR an E20 can be installed in the 964. You can also find the two possible E15 sets in our store.
The correlation between engine type/transmission type/year/model and gear type is unfortunately so complex that only counting the teeth can provide certainty. Please count the teeth before buying.

The so-called involute tooth geometry is retained, which is the only way to ensure low-friction sliding of the tooth flanks between the gear pairs.
The material we use is the thermoplastic Celron with graphite additives. These ensure low friction and wear-free operation.
If you disassemble the speedometer in advance, please note that the shaft of the speedometer needle is very sensitive. Grip the speedometer needle in the center and turn it counterclockwise. Pull gently. Friction is all that keeps the needle on the shaft.
