Speed sensors (also known as pulse generators) can be the cause of many errors. The engine electronics rely on the speed value for regulation (=control with feedback). Pulse generators can be used as camshaft sensors or crankshaft sensors, depending on the control circuit on the vehicle. We offer a selection of different pulse generators in our spare parts program.

From model year 1996, the knock sensor, speed sensor and temperature sensor were installed with optimized plug connections. With this conversion kit you can convert your vehicle's wiring harness to the current connector.
