Pre-payment

If you decide to pay in advance, you will receive the bank details and payment reference by e-mail after placing your order. The goods will be reserved for you for 14 days and dispatched to your delivery address after receipt of payment in our account.

For our commercial customers, we offer the direct debit option via a SEPA mandate. Payment for private customers is processed by PayPal / RatePay.

You are welcome to pay via Giropay. Thanks to the fast processing and immediate receipt of payment, we can process your order even faster.
