Description:
Over the years, all gas springs lose their operating pressure and therefore their function deteriorates. The higher the manufacturing quality of the piston rod, its coating, and the seal, the longer the dampers maintain the specified nominal force. Generic products often do not have the specified extension force even when new, and the tailgate/lid only opens fully with manual assistance.
