Description:
partworks rear wiper blind plug for Porsche 924 / 944 / 968

From year of manufacture 1989. Please check the hole diameter in the disc before purchasing. This must be approx. 27 mm.
The earlier models where this plug does not fit have a diameter of approx. 17 mm.

This blind plug when dismantling the rear wiper for clean and visually inconspicuous sealing of the hole in the rear window.

In motorsports and many leisure applications, the rear wipers are not required on the vehicle and are dismantled for weight and visual reasons. Many transaxle models are now only driven in good weather and the rear wiper, which is rarely used anyway, is no longer necessary. Because many self-made plugs do not seal completely, we decided on this special solution.

A nice side effect:
The reduced weight due to the removal of the wiper motor ensures that the tailgate opens automatically when it is unlocked.

Manufacturing:
The cap is made of black matt painted aluminum and is sealed on both sides with rubber pads.
