Easy and affordable DIY repair

Description:
The original climate control units of the Porsche 997 and 987 Cayman/Boxster have the well-known problem of the display fading. The display becomes bright in a semicircular pattern or no longer displays all symbols correctly.
If the instrument's other functions are fully intact and only the display is defective, you can repair your climate control unit with this repair kit.
The repair is easy, requiring no special tools or soldering, even for inexperienced mechanics. The display is plugged in and can be repaired in just a few minutes using our repair instructions. This not only preserves the originality of the vehicle but also saves you several hundred euros compared to buying a new climate control unit.
The LCD fits all Porsche models in the 997 and 987 series.

The display is NOT compatible with manual climate control units, but ONLY with units featuring automatic climate control.
