Description:
We offer a refurbished air conditioning control panel in exchange for your old device.
You can either have us repair your own control element or purchase one that has already been repaired and send it to us after installation:
We accept a deposit for the duration of the exchange.

Process for the exchange procedure:
1. A core deposit is charged on your old component. This will be automatically added to your shopping cart and charged together with your order.
2. Simply return your old part to us using the enclosed return label.
3. After receipt and successful inspection of your old part, the deposit amount will be automatically refunded.

Requirements for accepting your old part:

It is an original part in undamaged condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable).
The old part is complete and corresponds to the scope of delivery of the pictured reconditioned part (incl. screws, attachments, etc.).

Cores with exceptional damage cannot be reconditioned. In this case, we have to return the part to you. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth exchange process.
