Description:
The crankshaft sensors measure the crankshaft speed and are located well hidden, accessible from above on the flywheel. The pulse generator transmits the engine speed to the DME and is a common source of problems with rough engine running. The reliable and precise function of the pulse generator is particularly important for the engine electronics.

We have both the original Bosch sensor and a proven, true-to-original alternative in our shop. There you can also order two sensors with only one shipping charge.

The 924S and 944 have two of these pulse generators installed. The 928 and 968 only have one pulse generator of this type and a top dead center (TDC) sensor.

No programming or similar is required after the repair. Founded in 1952, the Spanish company FAE specializes in the production of electrical and electronic components for automobiles.
