Description:
The check valve prevents fuel from flowing back from the fuel line into the fuel pump when the ignition is switched off, thus preventing the pump from drawing in air.
This ensures stable fuel pressure in the supply system, providing immediate pressure at the injectors upon starting and resulting in faster engine starting.
