Stiff shifting or unusual noises are usually signs of worn or defective bearings and bushings in the shift linkage. Here you will find a high-quality replacement joint for the gearshift rod guide tube on the 928, 964, and 993 models with manual transmissions. The joint accepts the ball joint of the bearing plate. You can also find other components for overhauling the shift linkage in our shop.
