Description:
This thrust bearing is a steel construction with damping inserts, the surface is painted black. They connect the rear axle tube to the body. After years of use, the original thrust bearings are usually worn out and porous. There is no original replacement and therefore a rear axle that is too loosely mounted is a problem for many 924-968 models.
This damped version is ideal for road traffic. If you want a sportier driving feel, you can find a rigid version under #1152 in our shop.
