For converting the timing chain tensioner

Description:
The timing chain with sprockets, tensioning rails, and tensioner forms the most important connection between shafts in the engine. It ensures the reliable control of the valves. Failure of any of these components can result in catastrophic engine damage. Mechanical/hydraulic tensioners should be regularly maintained to ensure the timing chain is always correctly tensioned. Components such as a tensioning rail, a sprocket, or the chain itself should be replaced at the first signs of wear. This is also noticeable by rattling engine noises.
These components are replaced anyway as part of regular maintenance.
