Note:
Unfortunately, the correlation between engine type/transmission type/year of manufacture/model/country type and the gear type is so complex that only counting the teeth provides 100% certainty.
We strongly recommend disassembling the speedometer before purchasing and informing us of the number of teeth in the comments section of your order. This will prevent any exchanges. Without this information, you will receive the most commonly used gear for this vehicle type.

Important:
The G-Class also has a second, narrower gear that often fails. We also have a replacement for this gear with part number #2514. Therefore, please check which gear you need BEFORE purchasing.

Quality:
Our gears are meticulously manufactured using injection molding, true to the original design, and are not 3D-printed.
The involute tooth geometry is retained; this is the only way to ensure low-friction sliding of the tooth flanks between the gear pairs.

If you disassemble the speedometer beforehand, please note that the speedometer needle shaft is very delicate. Grasp the speedometer needle in the middle and turn it counterclockwise. Pull gently while doing so. Friction is all that holds the needle on the shaft.
