If the odometer/trip odometer on your vehicle has failed, the gears shown are usually the cause. Most often, one of the gears breaks, causing the drive to jam.
We especially recommend that commercial customers replace these three gears at once. Often, after replacing one damaged gear, the other gear fails shortly afterward. Replacing all three ensures long-term functionality of the drive.

In rare cases, there may be variations in the number of teeth on the E3 gears of the 500 model. Ideally, you should count the number of teeth on your E3 gears before purchasing. If no information is provided, we will send you the standard version.

Quality:
Our gears are manufactured using a complex and authentic injection molding process and are not 3D-printed in-house designs. We collaborate with a manufacturer specializing in the production of plastic gears and a global market leader in repair solutions. The involute tooth geometry is retained, as this is the only way to ensure low-friction sliding of the tooth flanks between the gear pairs. We use the thermoplastic Celron with graphite additives as the material. These ensure low friction and wear-free operation. If you disassemble the speedometer beforehand, please note that the speedometer needle shaft is very delicate. Grasp the speedometer needle in the center and turn it counterclockwise, pulling gently.
