Description:
Here you can get threaded sleeves for converting two standard shock absorbers from the Porsche models 944 S2 and 968. They enable the use of Bilstein B6 shock absorbers.

Procedure:

1. Chisel out the compression of the old shock absorber cartridges and pull out the damper cartridges

2. Shorten the tubes by 44.5mm

3. Remove the zinc layer from the threaded sleeves in the welding area

4. Carefully drive the threaded sleeves into the pipes and weld them well all around (Before welding, check whether the gap between the pipe and the threaded sleeve fits. The damper cartridge with the nut must be able to be tightened with 5 full turns)

5. Smooth the weld seam, paint and assemble the shock absorber
