Description:
The original climate data of the Porsche 997 and 987 Cayman/Boxster have the known problem of expiring displays. The display turns lightly light or shows not all symbols properly.
However, if the other function of the instrument is completely given and only the display shows defects, you can repair your climate work with this repair sentence.
The repair is no problem without special tools and without soldering even for inexperienced screwdrivers. The display is plugged in and can be repaired in a few minutes using our repair instructions. So you not only maintain the originality of the vehicle, but also save several hundred euros compared to a new climate work.
The LCD fits for all Porsche of the 997 and 987 series.

The display is not suitable for the climate service part with manual control, but only for devices with automatic climate control.

We basically advise against the purchase of used, still intact climate dates: it is only a matter of time before the display runs out here too. Better save time, money and anger and install a display, which was produced with the help of modern manufacturing technology and closer tolerances.
