Technical data of the Porsche 912
The Porsche 912 was produced from 1965 to 1969 to create a more affordable alternative to the 911. It replaced the 356 and used its proven four-cylinder engine, which significantly reduced the sales price at market launch to approximately DM 16,000 .
Features and equipment
- Design: Similarity to the 911, but simplified equipment. Interior: Between 1965 and 1967, initially only three instead of the usual five round instruments were fitted.
