This conversion kit allows you to convert speedometers from the 911G models from '84-'89 (except turbo) that were originally delivered in the US and have a 20x30 gear as the drive on the worm gear.
The kit includes the four gears that, in the power flow sequence, come directly after the electric motor with the drive worm gear. The corresponding speedometer face and a new speedometer glass are also included.
Please note that this kit can only be used for speedometers that originally had a 20x30 double gear.
The shape of the housing shown in the product images is also important for the new gears to be installed.

Installation is incredibly easy with the help of our repair instructions and can be carried out independently by any DIY mechanic.
The gears are newly developed. They are manufactured using high-quality materials via injection molding. Other manufacturing processes, such as 3D printing, are unsuitable for producing such delicate components.
We also offer many other speedometer dials and individual gear sets separately.
If you disassemble the speedometer beforehand, please note that the speedometer needle shaft is very fragile. Grip the speedometer needle in the middle and turn it counterclockwise, pulling gently. Friction is all that holds the needle on the shaft.
