I can't log in, what can I do?

We gave our online shop a major update in November 2025 for significantly improved performance and lots of new features. Your user account is still there, but you will need to set a new password when you log in for the first time after the update. Please select "Forgot password" to set a new password.

We ship with Deutsche Post, DHL, DHL Express and UPS. You can view the specific shipping costs for your desired items in the shopping cart.

Orders that we receive by 5:30 p.m. on receipt of payment will be dispatched on the same day. Our experience shows that the average shipping time for Deutsche Post within Germany is approx. 2 working days, for DHL parcels an average of one to two working days. Unfortunately, we note an extended delivery time during vacation periods and public holidays - we ask for your understanding.

Please note that the shipping process can no longer be influenced by us after delivery to the carrier. Delivery times may be longer, especially during public holidays. However, if your order has not arrived, simply contact us at info@partworks.de and we will take care of it.

You will automatically receive your invoice by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also view and download invoices in the order overview here in the store.

You can easily manage your personal data and addresses yourself under "My account".

Yes, you can store a separate invoice e-mail. To do this, you must enter an e-mail address in the address management in "My account" in the field provided. If you use more than one email address, please separate them with a comma.

Your registration does not incur any additional costs and you do not enter into any obligations. We protect your customer number and personal password from unauthorized use by third parties. Your data is in safe hands with us. We at partworks GmbH are committed to data protection, which means that no personal data will be rented or sold to third parties.

You can reset your password here. Then enter the e-mail address associated with your customer account in the field provided. We will then send you a personalized link to our store by e-mail, which you can use to easily create a new password.

As a rule, all items listed in the store will be available again at a later date. You can enter your e-mail address on the respective item page and we will notify you as soon as the item is available again.

If an item is marked "no longer available", production of this item has been discontinued and it will no longer be available in this form. However, we will always endeavor to provide you with a replacement product.
