The right Stabilus gas spring for your Porsche

Gas springs are typical wearing parts on motor vehicles and their failure occurs after 8 years of use at the latest. The cause is the pressure loss in the gas pressure damper. The better the material used and the manufacturing precision of the gas pressure springs, the longer they naturally last. It is easy to understand that if the surface is rough, the gas spring seal fails more quickly and pressure loss occurs. We therefore only recommend and sell gas springs of the highest quality. The differences in quality sometimes become noticeable after months. Gas pressure springs fundamentally differ in length, stroke, type of mounting and the gas pressure or restoring force.
