Who delivers my goods and what does shipping cost?

We ship with Deutsche Post, DHL and UPS. The shipping costs for your country can be found in our shipping information.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders that we receive by 5.30 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Based on our experience, the average dispatch time for Deutsche Post within Germany is approx. 2 working days, for DHL parcels an average of one to two working days. Unfortunately, we note an extended delivery time during holiday periods and public holidays - we ask for your understanding.

 

What do I do if my order has not arrived 

Please note that the dispatch process can no longer be influenced by us after delivery to the carrier. Delivery times may be longer, especially due to public holidays. However, if your order has not arrived, simply contact us at versand@partworks.de and we will take care of it.

 

Can I track my shipment? 

Depending on the value and size/weight of the goods, we ship with DHL or UPS. You will receive your tracking number together with your invoice by email after placing your order.

 

Where can I find my invoice?

You will automatically receive your invoice by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also call up and download your invoice at any time in the order overview of our shop.

 

How can I customise my personal data and addresses?

You can easily manage your personal data and addresses yourself under "My account".

 

Can I enter a separate billing email address?

Yes, you can enter a separate billing email address. To do this, you must enter an email address in the billing address in the address management in your account.

 

Will my data be managed securely? 

Your registration does not incur any additional costs and you do not enter into any obligations. We protect your customer number and personal password from unauthorised use by third parties. Your data is in safe hands with us. We at partworks GmbH are committed to data protection, which means that no personal data will be rented or sold to third parties.

 

What should I do if I have forgotten my password? 

Select "Forgot your password? " in the login window. Then enter the e-mail address associated with your customer account in the field provided. We will then send you a personalised link to our shop by e-mail, which you can use to easily create a new password.

 

Is it possible that products that are already out of stock will be available again at a later date? 

As a rule, all items listed in the shop will be available again at a later date. You can enter your e-mail address on the respective item page and will be notified as soon as the item is available again.

 

When will an unavailable product be available again?

Unfortunately, we cannot usually give you an exact time frame for when an item will be available again. However, we can offer to notify you when your desired item is back in stock. To do this, please open your desired item and enter your e-mail address in the field provided for this purpose.

 

Will my items be reserved in the shopping basket? 

Yes, as soon as you are logged in, all items in your shopping basket will be reserved for you for 24 hours. You will see a countdown in your shopping basket that shows you how long the items are still reserved for you.

 

When will I receive regular customer status and a special discount? 

We would like to welcome you as one of our new regular customers! This classification in the discount class is possible as soon as you have placed at least five orders totalling 1000 euros. Please contact us so that we can activate your personalised prices directly in your account.
