Description:
These engine mounts are rigid ball joint mounts in the design of the 964 RS engine mounts. The rubber mounts fit into the Porsche 964 and 993 models instead of the hydraulic mount and ensure that the unit is mounted rigidly. You can get the bearing from us in a standard hardness (comparable to the hydro bearing) as well as in a sport version. The “Racing” variant offered here is only recommended for motorsport use. This rigid uniball bearing leads to more vibrations and noise. The Prekom company is a renowned manufacturer of chassis parts for premium sports cars. It is characterized by very high quality standards.

Engine mount variants:
7063/7534: Hydro bearing, oil-filled two-chamber system

6720: Standard rubber bearing with a hardness of 65 Shore, comparable to hydro bearings

7562: Sports rubber bearings with a hardness of 75 Shore

5799: RS rubber bearings are based on the Carrera RS set-up

6719: Racing Uniball bearings, rigid ball joint bearings recommended for motorsport use
