Description:
The shift leather on the gearshift knobs of the 924 and 944 became worn out at some point. So all that remains is to get a new shift boot. When dismantling and assembling the shift lever insert, the snap hooks on the cap often break off. In addition, the pattern becomes scratched or the delicate collar of the cap breaks. The original cap is not available from the manufacturer and good used shift levers have become rare. We now have newly produced gear knob caps available for you. The inserts are suitable for the 5-speed manual transmission and are available in black or brown.
