These rubber mounts are faithful reproductions. Also called megulastic bearings, the bearings decouple various components on the vehicle from vibrations and vice versa. The bearings are galvanized and available in different sizes and lengths depending on the application. This rubber buffer is for the suspension of the fuel pump on the 911 and for the air conditioning unit on the 924S.
