Description: The wishbone is a central part of the chassis and takes over the guidance of the thigh. The wishbone thus establishes a defined connection between the wheel and the body. The most common cause of defects on the wishbone are the rubber bearings, which become brittle over time. As a result, the wishbone has more play without the desired damping. Accordingly, a defective rubber bearing on the wishbone is noticed on a reduced track accuracy, noise development in bumps (rumbles), poorer driving dynamics in cornering and a one -sided wear of the tires. A damaged wishbone can affect other components of the chassis, so it should be replaced immediately to prevent expensive repairs. In many cases, it is cheaper to replace the complete wishbone instead of re -squeezing individual rubber bearings.
In addition to wishbones and other chassis components, you will find many other spare parts for your Porsche model in our shop.
