Description:
The sealing set includes all sealing elements located on the injector. In addition, a new Bosch filter insert is also included, which you should replace during the overhaul. You can use the special tool included in the set to remove it. You can also find the right plugs in our shop.

Make sure you have a clean working environment and carefully clean the injector before installing the new elements.

Tip:
To clean the nozzles, we recommend placing them in an ultrasonic bath or using special injector cleaning agents, usually available in a spray can. The very robust Bosch nozzles can also be flushed through with compressed air without any concerns and very effectively. Expensive cleaning in special injector cleaning systems is therefore hardly necessary. Cleaning sprays are available, for example, from the “Caramba” brand.

After installation, please be sure to check that the sealing elements are correctly seated and that they are working properly.
