Speedometer disk for PORSCHE 928 S4 GT GTS dial circuit glued
For the restoration or conversion of your speedometer
Description: Speedometer dials often fade over the years and are no longer easy to read. When restoring the instruments, it is therefore advisable to replace the speedometer dial. The speedometer dial also needs to be replaced when converting imported vehicles from miles to kilometers. Here you get an elaborate reproduction made of polycarbonate. There were different variants of the 928 depending on the transmission (automatic/gearbox). We also offer both variants for screwing on and without holes for gluing only.
Note on installation: Do not tighten the fixing screws of the clock face firmly, but only lightly against the dial. Coat the threads of the screw holes (blind holes) with a little clear nail polish beforehand (use a toothpick). The nail varnish serves as a screw lock. Tightening leads to detachment of the varnish layer! To ensure even illumination of the digits, the dial must be glued back in place where it was glued at the factory using a slightly conductive adhesive (thin). We recommend "PolyMax-glasklar" from UHU. Caution, use very thinly!
You can find a puller for the speedometer needle under #5205
