Under certain circumstances, the control lamp with the battery symbol will then light up. The battery may not have been charged properly, often indicated by a squeaking sound in the engine compartment. Or the bearing in the LiMa is defective and causes too much resistance.

The generator is a completely new production and not a remanufactured old part. You do not have to send in your old generator.
