Description:
This is the SPORT version with +30% harder rubber compound. The strut bearings are tighter due to the harder rubber mixture and produce noticeably more direct steering behavior. You discreetly increase driving dynamics and can rely on very high quality standards.

The strut bearing forms the connection between the suspension strut and the body. A defective strut bearing can be recognized by a change in steering behavior. Grinding or cracking noises when steering are signs of a damaged support bearing.
Strut bearings should always be replaced axle by axle and every time the shock absorbers or struts are changed. Since the suspension strut bearings usually have a longer service life, a separate change is rarely necessary.
