Excellent processing quality

Description:
In the mileters of the mechanical speedometers, this gear very often breaks through a fine hairline tear. It then no longer sits firmly on the wave and pushes aside. Sometimes this crack is hardly recognizable, so simply test whether the gear can be twisted/moved on the shaft.

A notice:
We also recommend exchanging the roller wheel on the same wave if you have dismantled and opened the speedometer anyway. Both gears are the typical weaknesses. If the wheel can be rotated on the shaft, it is already damaged.
Here there are 3 different variants (1.3mm; 2.2mm; 3.0mm). Simply measure the tooth width of the gear and order the right one from the shop.

The so-called evolvent tooth geometry is maintained, only in this way is a non-frictional sliding of the tooth flanks between the gear pairs.
As a material, we use the thermoplastic plastic Celron with graphite additives. These ensure low friction and the wear -free operation.

If you disassemble the speedometer in advance, please note that the shaft of the speedometer needle is very sensitive. Grab the speedometer needle in the middle and turn clockwise. Pull lightly. Friction is everything the needle keeps on the wave.
