The bearing plates of the seat rails for the electric seat adjustment wear out over time. The result is loose seats that can be moved back and forth.
The manufacturer offers a repair kit, but this does not include improved bearings. Accordingly, these also fail again after a while.

Note:
These 8 plates are sufficient to overhaul both sides, i.e. driver's and passenger's seat.

Our bearings are made of tough polyoxymethylene (POM, or trade name: Delrin) and have significantly better mechanical properties than the original parts or alternative rubber solutions.
