The bearing plates of the electric seat adjusters on the seat rails wear out over time. The result is loose seats that can be moved back and forth.
The manufacturer offers a repair kit, but this does not include improved bearings. Accordingly, these also fail again after a while.

Note:
These 8 plates are sufficient to overhaul both sides, i.e. driver's and passenger's seat.
