Please send us the core in the same condition as the reconditioned part (screws, applications, etc.). Cores with atypical damage cannot be reconditioned and will need to be returned to you. This is the only way we can maintain the exchange process. The old part must be returned within one year, otherwise there is no entitlement to a refund.
