These unique insulation mats, manufactured in-house, are exactly the same shape and thickness as the original. In addition, we have provided a self-adhesive backing to avoid the use of spray adhesive. Self-adhesive insulation mats were used at the factory on all 928 and four-cylinder models and never had the problem of coming off over the years. Here the materials had already decomposed due to age. Our material meets the latest fire protection regulations according to the DIN and ISO standards common in the automotive sector.
